Today Ubisoft and Gearbox Software announced that Brothers In Arms Hell's Highway is in development for next generation video game platforms, including the PLAYSTATION 3 system and the PC. Scheduled for a holiday 2006 release, Brothers In Arms Hell's Highway is the third game in the multimillion-unit selling and critically acclaimed Brothers In Arms franchise.

I got the same impression as #2omegaheat 04.13.2006 11:23 That read worried me a little too. I don't doubt the game is being released for the Xbox360, but someone needs to edit this article. So far the only real next gen console available is the Xbox360. Can you imagine what kind of upgrades will be required to run these games on a PC. It's really got to stop somewhere. Perhaps that's one of the strong points with Windows Vista. 6 -

And below is a little snippet of that interview which kind of sounds as if they prefer 360 at the moment. Pitchford: The 360 is a really exciting machine for us. I encourage any serious gamer to get one as soon as they can manage. I love mine with many of the titles that have already launched and I know there are some really amazing, truly next-gen games that won't be far off. I can personally vouch for the next-gen quality of Brothers in Arms 3, for example. The PS3 is very promising - I am very optimistic about it and the Sony platform is going to be an increasingly important platform. The Revolution is exciting - I am so thankful and impressed with Nintendo. I don't believe I will ever stop being a fan of theirs/features/gearbox_interview_gdc2006/ Take that as proof that BIA:HH is coming to 360. 8 -

IGN though of course aren't going to make it clear that the screenshot everyone is looking at is from the 360 version of the game why? Because IGN recently became a sony partner and are now a marketing tool for sony. If it were a ps3 screenshot they would've gone out of their way to tell us that it was from the ps3, but noo...... lets post a 360 screenshot over in the ps3 section and in the press release not mention that the screenshot is a 360 one. 10 -

The only thing ps3 hopefuls can do is argue that this is not a xbox 360 picture. Or even more funny, that it "cannot be done on the 360". And they are, wihtout arguement, flat wrong. What happened to all the "this screen sucks" "Xbox 1.5" remarks? Sad day for sony fans... too stupid to predict the 360's futures When the 360 first came out I said to myself seeing COD2.. "Those graphics suck" But then I read about what the developers were doing with the system.. and it was practically nothing. Games do not all look like this (brother in arms)for the 360 because of the developers... its not the hardware's fault... I am sorry. Now that more and more developers are getting familiar with the 360, we are begining to see what games should look like. Do not believe me, E3 will tell. Wait wait... you will not be able to play the ps3 at E3 because sony is planning on showing it to you through a glass box like they did the psp! This late in a console production... and they are afraid of letting everyone try it. I got oblivion yesterday and palyed it for 11 hours... the game looks great! I am disapointed with the distint backgroud thoughs... but it was worth every penny I spent 12 -

Remember about MGS4Unregistered - Xgamer 04.14.2006 14:33 Remember it's not actual ps3 footage you've seen on that title, it's CG pc generated footage, so no need to compare the two games or any CG created video for the piss s 3 since that's all they have at this time. The cell and it's graphics engine are continuing to have that bottle neck issue so as of now there wont be any games for it that are above average. They'll find someway to make it a little better but not nearly as polished as our Xbox 360. 19 -

I remember when his PS2 broke thank God and he had know other choice but to play XBOX at my moms house and eventually said to me that I don't think I could play PS2 again after trying XBOX! The World War 2 theme might be over-rated and overused, but there is a bit of conflict of interest here. Look at the Halo franchise, it just took Halo 1 and 2 to explode the income to Microsoft. Everyone likes it because its the best in almost every way. On-line, multiplayer, single player. Maybe Halo 2's single player storyline wasn't that interesting, you just watch what they're going to do with Halo 3. Oh my Gooood, and they have sooo much time till it comes out.
