NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. announced today "Mobile Ops: The One Year War," a next-generation mechanized shooter exclusively for the Xbox . Scheduled to launch holiday 2006, this title features beautifully detailed graphics, a wide array of giant mobile suits, and intense multi-player combat to deliver an exhilarating experience in mechanized warfare. "With dramatic cockpit views and exquisitely detailed mobile suits, we fully expect 'Mobile Ops' to immerse gamers into a futuristic world where giant mechas loom against a war-torn horizon," said Yoshi Niki, business director at NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. "As desperate battles ensue in both open battlefields and urban environments, players can choose to engage enemies on foot, in vehicles or in mobile suits." Utilizing the Xbox Live online game service, "Mobile Ops: The One Year War" will put players right in the cockpit of their very own mobile fighter for thrilling battles online as they fight in teams through multiple scenarios and battlefields. Gamers can also modify mobile suits with a robust customization options, including beam sabers, heat hawks, and other melee weapons. Microsoft I QuitUnregistered - The One 04.24.2006 15:24 MS is getting a good chunk of exclusive, but i don't think they will ever have what it takes to prove what the 360 can really do, and to become Most Owned. The engines used for these post end of the world games, or in the future games always use a lot of shaders, making the games look dull. Everygame so far on the 360 and all that are known to be released soon are taking place in the future. What about a present day game with creative and interesting, and captivating storyline. I was feeling a little sad, but i'm kind of glad that i sold my 360. I think that i'll be waiting to see what Sony will bring. If ya'll want go ahead, act immature and call me a Sony Fanboy, frankly i go where my money is, i have a choice and by GOD and won't sit here and swallow sh*t with MS, the games are coming out to quickly, they lack experience and entertainment, i hope the PS3 will give me what i'm looking for. You can't blame a console for having games that feature that storyline. I'm sure Sony, Nintendo, and the PC will have tons of games like that, as well as the 360. There are already so many games I want to see and play unlike any console before it so soon into it's life cycle! Since 360 arrived at such an early date developers will figure out how to take advantage of its hardware long before PS3, Nintendo or even nextgen Pc's! Im giving it time plus keeping an eye out for the other two competitors! Nintendo already has 3 games slated for it that have me wanting one and Sony im still not sure and im hoping E3 will clear up the confusion on what they have to offer! Games are only going to get better and I have a feeling that MS isn't playing around and only have one focus and that's to blow us away with exciting and gorgeous games unlike anything ever before it! I just don't see what everybody fears so much because I love games no matter what sytem there on but it's obvious that MS is doing so much more than the others to improve the way we game! Insult me or get mad all you want but xboxlive, hd, console visuals better than pc, wirless controllers, voice chat ,the market place, mediacenter extender,48 pipelines, video chat,xna, game with fame, and so many other things show that they are walking the walk and not talking the talk! 17 -

GRAW and Oblivion are awesome in every respect and we have tons of games coming out to look forward to. Plus, the arcade is getting better and better and as well as the HD TV content to look forward too and all this is for a couple hundred less than the PS3! You have MARVEL MMOS COMING TO THE XBOX 360, Gears of War, Splinter Cell 4, Saints Row, The Godfather, Crysis, SuperMan, Dead Rising, Final Fantasy, etc.... I would love either system, but Xbox 360 is here and it's awesome. I doubt you ever had a 360 and you're just trying to be clever in stirring up trouble on a 360 forum. "no no more futuristic shooters!" ,but look if you see the true gundam universe (anime shows) you'll see modern combat only with nothing more than a giant tank. sure some of the weapons are laser and beam based ,but most of the mobile suits so far shown have primer based armaments (they fire weapons based on todays). the developers even said that a game based on this one is Battlefield 2 (a kickass game). so shut up and play you system without b!tching if you say that any other sytems is better than the other than just play you system because no one really cares what you country ass hick mind thinks...... because the consoles have the graphics of today ,but me and my fellow pcgamer bretherin will be owning all your sorry asses in the future with the perfect system designed how we want it not by what sorry as company thinks the xbox 360 has 3 3.2 processors but a pc is jumping well into the 4.5 with just 2 and thats enough for todays games and this number jumps every year the xbox 360 has 32 mb video memory but even my modest computer has 512 mb of video memory the xbox 360 has 512 mb memory while mine has 1280 mb come on people if you system cant even top my cheapo computer than shut up. if you all want a modern warfare or whatever game either get a job or join the f^cking army either way your left with guys like me telling you what to do or ordering you to your death.
