Next Call of Duty to be Next-Gen Only?

Activision's CEO Bobby Kotick has suggested to investors that the next title in the Call of Duty series will be a next-gen only game. He said "[it's] not a PC product, it's a console product and it's all next-gen".

Im glad to hear this guy is going the same route as ID! I believe that developers can do magic with 360 if they really want to and need to start focusing on consoles alot more! The 360 version of this game was better than the PC version but you never heard anyone say 360 is more powerful but as soon as oblivion was released and there were very minor differences people could not help but try and justify purchasing a hi dollar PC!

B/C even if they port over a PC game it's still going to be very far behind in what they can do on a Next Gen. console like the XBOX 360. I know you pc lovers are gonna cry and I love my pc too but for gaming the xbox 360 is the only way to go. Some try to say a pc game is just as good and say look at oblivion for example, bad example. Great game but lso a pc port, very few trinkets were added to the 360 on this. It's still just a port and not truly developed for the 360. When 360 development start's frist and then ported to a lesser degree to pc's then you'll see the differences. Even GRAW is a bad example. It was developed first for 360 but it's a first gen. game for the system, not all power was used in it's design. Things will really contrast in up coming releases. Have ya seen the trailer for some of the upcoming E3 demo's like "INTERSTELLAR MARINES" awesome, this is what true next gen. will look like and even that will get better in a couple years.
