If it is free I think who ever said the netzero comment is on the money. I mean they are going to want to be paid some how and what better way than advertisement. also if people don't want ads then most likely you just continue to pay for service. Which I don't think is all that bad as long as the advert isn't out of character for a game. Like seeing a movie billboard in the background of a game like GRAW isn't that bad and in fact adds realism, but seeing a Coke vending machine in one of the towns in Oblivion would be retarded. 5 -

What you probably saw as the annual subscription cost was the first-timer's deluxe pack which included all that xtra stuff. (MS points etc) Just a friendly share. 7 -

Especially with the US/CAD exchange rate so close right now. $1 USD = $1.10 CAD. We pay $10 more for games, $10 more for XBL, and $100 more for the actual 360. PLUS we pay 15% sales tax, at least here in Ontario. 360 Premium = $499.99 1 Premium Game = $69.99 + 15% Tax = $85.50 TOTAL : ($655.46)*Exchange Rate .903 = $591.90 USD! If I were to buy that in the States it would cost me $494.48 USD. Point of all this? Well there isn't one, just pointing out how good things are in the States. 11 -

Kind of makes me mad. $59.99 (plus tax)= $68.98 (for the 12+1 months) Still, it works out to like $5.30 a month.
