How can you be childish playing one of those? Gaming on the go? I think the PSP is a very poor handheld, purely for the fact that theres no decent games out for it other than Ridge Racer/Wipeout and GTA which is coming out of the PS2 anyway. Lots of power, but crappy games. As for the Nintendo DS, that's an excellent little handheld, and a fraction of the PSP price. The stylus really works in some games, plus most of the games are really really playable. Sonic Rush is basicly the original Sonic on the Genisis, but because of the dual screens, it feels different! Animal Crossing is fantasic. A game I thought would never work, works perfectly! If MS bring a handheld out, expect a powerful little beast, especially if the Origami project is to go by! Unregistered - Morbius420 05.08.2006 21:24 I'm flying quite a bit over the summer and I could use something like a portible Xbox for long flights and waiting @ the airport. FreeMonk 05.08.2006 22:29 Well, it looks like Sony has come out with all guns blazing. I am quite surprised, but the Sony PS3 looks like a nice console. The price is a lot better than I thought it would be as well. Nintedo must be pi55ed about the PS3 controller though, because Sony have basicly nicked there idea. Poor Nintendo won't have a chance now. MS better have a trick card up there sleeve, because if there Confrence is anything like last years, they are in serious trouble. They need games, games and more games shown. Spectacular games, and also a Grand Theft Auto exclusive announcment, especially seeing that it looks like Square/Enix has snubbed the X360 completly. Overall, I'm impressed by Sony's console. Good price, especially with Blu-Ray and a HD included, plus the whole controller thing that Wii will have. May turn out to be a good console. Only trouble is that Sony are going to run into the same problem that MS did. 2Million consoles for launch, worldwide. Major Major shortages ahoy! I still love my 360 though. Bring on Halo! JsonHenry 05.08.2006 23:11 I knew that MS was planning on making one for almost a year now. They were caught talking to some company that makes ARM9 processors (used in handheld devices) and also talking to a company that makes small LCD screens. This seems like a perfect fit to me. Unregistered - Marc 05.08.2006 23:51 I have a 50 minute bus ride "IN" and then the same "BACK" from work EVERYDAY. Handheld keeps me sane on the bus. Unregistered - Gamer 05.09.2006 01:38 think Microsoft should stay out of this area... they already have their hands full with enough trying to bounce back from their losses on the original xbox. This would be a all too greedy move if you ask me! they shouldn't do it, it's not important! Unregistered - can 05.09.2006 11:22 MS should not get into the handheld stuff. unless your 360 games can be played on it just make it a portable 360 so you can play your games on the go. then use should be able to hook up a usb cable between your portable 360 and your x360 in order to save what you did while on the portable 360.
