Actually, it's being marketed by Microsoft as being created by one of the original creators of Grand Theft Auto. And we all know that Microsoft's word is gospel. Bill Gates, hallowed be thy name.
In any event, the first two GTA games were dramatically different and not worth playing. When people talk about GTA, they are talking about GTA 3.
