No, before you say it, I am not having a bad case of cheese dreams, but I get the feeling that maybe RARE are having a few. When people think about UK Developer RARE they think N64 and Goldeneye or maybe Banjo Kazooie but one thing people know about RARE is that they are not shy when it comes to making odd but strangely addictive games. Many are still waiting for that old-school genius to appear on the 360 and even though Perfect Dark: Zero was good, it was lacking that Rare flare. This is where their next project comes in: Viva Pinata... Read More Add Comment Unregistered - bals 05.17.2006 18:31 Does this game have big juicy meat sticks? Oh I hope so, Islandkiwi 05.17.2006 18:58 Does the word "pedophile" mean anything to you? You do realize that your comments are going to eventually attract the sort of attention you probably don't want in your life. Unregistered - bal 05.17.2006 19:11 WTF has pedofile got to do with meat sticks you dumb *uck. Get a life. Your the only pedo here. Unregistered - ryan 05.17.2006 21:27 There was a game for the Gamecube called "Animal Crossing". Same concept. After a couple days, it was pointless to do chore after chore (pulling weeds, collecting items, planting, etc). Online play might add an extra dimension, but I cant imagine a bigger waste of time. FreeMonk 05.17.2006 23:43 Well, I'm currently playing Animal Crossing on the NDS, and while for the first week or two it is quite fun, planting trees, talking to people, catching fish for the museum, it does get quite tedious.....until you hit online Wifi play. Play Animal Crossing online makes it a whole lot better, and like you mentioned that is where Viva Pinata will thrive, online. Although it looks like it's got more life, with fending off evil pinata's, creating bigger and better homes for the pinatas. It sort of reminds me of a cartoony version of Dungeon Keeper for the PC. Create your world, and defend yourself from evil things. I for one am looking forward to it, if anything it'll keep the missus quiet, she loves that kind of thing! Add Comment |
