Gears of War came away from E3 as one of the games of the show, and its presence at the opening of Microsoft's pre-E3 conference made it quite apparent how important the game is for the Xbox 360. CliffyB has been talking to gaming blog Joystiq, where, amongst other things, he discussed a Gears of War sequel.

Dont get we wrong its amazing, but if Bungie said casually after halo 2 that halo 3 would be made there would not be nearly so much hype. Delay is key to a killer title, HYPE IT! so GOW people shouldn't have announced the sequal, they should have teased us a bit first. Makes it more exciting. 10 -
