Xbox media briefing set for April 6

New Japanese Xbox manager Takashi Sensui will address the media for 90 minutes to discuss future Xbox 360 titles. Details on the media briefing haven't been released, but it seems Microsoft will use the time to discuss forthcoming Xbox 360 titles for the Japanese and worldwide market.

New Final Fantasy XI Screenshots

The publisher and creator of the ever popular Final Fantasy series, Square Enix, has released some new shots and info about Treasures of Aht Urhgan, the third expansion pack for its MMORPG, Final Fantasy XI. Treasures of Aht Urghan will be released on 20 April for PC, while on the same day Xbox 360 gamers will be able to get a Final Fantasy XI bundle that will provide them with the main game as well as Treasures of Aht Urghan and the two previous expansion packs, Rise of the Zilart and Chain of Promathia.

As reported first by XBLArcade.com (thanks for the heads up guys!), John Porcaro (Part of the Home & Entertainment Division's Xbox PR Team) has posted some digital camera pictures of Xbox Live Arcade's Free "Texas Hold'em Poker by RiverBelle" on the Gamerscore blog and his flikr site. Based on these pictures it pretty safe to say that the web cam probably won't be utilized in this game. All told though, it looks pretty slick in 720p (even if it is just hold 'em), and just gets the staff here at xbox360POKER pretty damn excited... This will probably be the first really good game to make use of that free media remote...
